   Not the Michelin experience I had expected but the atmosphere was stunning and service good. The food was tasty, however not worth the price tag and the wine was ridiculously priced, especially for local options. Food temperature was like warm for all courses. The vodka pasta was $24 for a small portion of simple noodles and sauce which seemed especially unreasonable. I would stay at this hotel again for sure, however, would think twice about having another meal there.

   Beautiful and elegant dining. Food was delicious. The kale salad was fresh and zesty. The duck confit was delicious and cooked to perfection. Tiramisu is a must! If only I could eat more.

   The atmosphere was wonderful, as was the service and food. We went for New Year's Eve, so it was not the average night, but if I could make any suggestion, it would be that better door control and direction was necessary. We spent a lot of time wondering around trying to figure out where to go to check in for our table and then trying to find someone to advise that we had a reservation. We noticed many other people also confused. This could have been avoided by having someone at the door directing people rather than just stamping hands. Having said that, that was our only complaint, and this is minor in the scheme of thing.

   The meal experience was not up to the usual Royal Hotel standards. For such a special event (New Year’s Eve), the choices on the menu were very limited. We love the Royal. The staff were amazing and the ambience was top shelf. We loved the glam atmosphere of the evening but felt the meal was lack lustre. Thank you.

   Exceptional! Food excellent, servers excellent. The ambiance is really wonderful- there are several seating areas, and the summer patio is a gorgeous retreat. Pricing is fair for exceptional dining experience. Great for couples, friends, family. Very upscale without being pretentious! 10++
