Owners Terry & Jennifer McBurney offer guests a variety of Texan and Southern inspired cuisine complemented by professional and courteous service. Enjoy mouthwatering appetizers such as Crab Cakes, Coconut Shrimp, Jumbo Grilled Wings or Caprese. Entrees include American Wagyu Chicken-Fried Steak, Texas Quail, Certified Angus Steaks, Blackened Flounder unique Pasta dishes and Salads.     Our group of 6 arrived on time for our 7:30 reservation on a Thursday night. They could have put tables together to seat us but they didn't. We finally got seated and the manager came by to apologize for the wait. He gave us two free appetizers and they came out immediately. The service and the food were fine after that. It is very noisy but its a popular place!

    Ordered the crabcakes. The were all crabmeat, no filler and came out hot and tasty. They come three to a plate - perfect for lunch. Excellent service from Samanatha. Always consistent. True neighborhood gem.

    The food was absolutely delicious and our waiter, Jason, provided outstanding service! He was attentive but not overly so. Recommendations for food, timing of starters, allowing us to enjoy meal without being rushed - Jason’s service was impeccable!!

    This place has been a local go to. The experience started with the booking. We had 9 people. Over 8 they have a one tab policy and add 20% In hindsight we should have booked two reservations. When we sat down the server announced about the mandatory gratuity to the group. Remember it was a one tab policy. That was inappropriate and should have been communicated to me when I arrived. Not the honoree and our party. It was a birthday. One gift was a bottle of expensive wine that was sitting in front of the birthday girl. Nobody was touching it, yet the manager on duty came over and gave us the 3rd degree and said it was not to be consumed. Kinda embarrassing for the whole table. The music was loud. We asked that the volume be lowered. They never did or followed up to see if it was more acceptable. Our table was next to one where one diner was wearing a MAGA hat and a big MAGA shirt. Our waitress spent a good bit of time cleaning up dumped drinks at that table. No other server was sent to pick up the slack in the delay for service to our table. We just had to wait. The service overall was inconsistent. The server couldn’t get the message when we said no to offers of appetizers numerous times. We finally got our orders in. The food arrived in shifts. One diner had chicken fried chicken which was so tough he had difficulty cutting it up. No one consumed alcohol at our table. We ended up with a tab of nearly $300. The service was 10% quality at best. Extremely disappointed.

    Was a little noisy than usual. The server DJ was excellent and very attentive, friendly and responsive. Food was done to our liking.

    Jamie was / is a super star on the wait staff! Personable, friendly and knowledgeable….(try the gumbo!). As always never disappointed.. quick service and great food. Wish they had some sort of ambient sound abatement, but that is why we always request a booth.. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
