   A lovely place to eat. Food was very tasty and well presented. Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating, even though they were very busy with a large party in for Christmas dinner.

   This was our first visit after a recommendation from a friend. The layout and decor of the dining area is lovely, with nice lighting and ambiance. The staff were very helpful, and polite, with just the right amount of time given to offer drinks, allow you to browse the menu, and then take the order. The menu has a fairly good selection of 'traditional' dishes, but these are done very well. The portion size is generous, and I struggled to finish my burger, but the quality and taste was fantastic. We will definitely be back and will be recommending to our friends.

   The only negative was the steak was well done not medium rare which the staff rectified & it was very tasty but when we went to pay the bill the steak has been deducted - a nice touch, thank you, we will be back x

   We arrived slightly early but our table was ready. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered our food and it arrived promptly. We both had roast beef and the most ginormous Yorkshire puddings! It was piping hot and absolutely delicious. Unfortunately we were too full to sample the desserts! Maybe next time. Absolutely lovely meal … will definitely be back.

   We booked a table for 6 at 10am, expecting a smooth and enjoyable experience. Upon arrival, the tables from previous customers hadn’t been cleared and shockingly remained that way throughout our entire visit, creating an unpleasant and unhygienic atmosphere. It took 15 minutes just to receive menus, followed by another 15 minutes before anyone came to take our order. To our surprise, the food arrived before the drinks—something we’ve never experienced before. When the food finally came, it was greasy, and far from worth the price we paid. It was deeply disappointing given the reputation we had heard about. The waitresses, although polite and clearly doing their best, looked completely overwhelmed. When I asked if someone had called in sick, I was told that this level of understaffing was common and due to poor management of the rota. The entire experience felt chaotic and unprofessional. We were left disgusted and will definitely not be returning.

   Discoverd the Redwell Inn withe friends recently, lovely setting, staff excellent. Food is well cooked and simple, very good value for money.

    Consistently excellent Sunday lunch with very efficient service. The Yorkshire pudding was huge and slightly over roasted, but still good.
