The food and drinks were good but we didn't have a good service experience. We had a group reservation for 6:30 pm then were called the day before to inform us that they had double-booked and couldn't accommodate our group. They offered 5:30 pm but we couldn't be there before 6:30 pm. The day of, I checked open table and was able to book separate tables for 7 and 7:30 pm for our group to divide up then we were having people join us later as it's also an open bar. After making the reservations, I called them to make sure they knew the reservations were not duplicates as they were under the same name and let her know it was a group and that we'd have people joining us later as it's also an open bar. When we got there, the separate tables I'd reserved were all right next to each other (about 2 feet between them). It seemed ridiculous that our group reservation was cancelled when reserving for the same number at separate tables were all right next to each other. The entire time we were there, there was a large open table that would have seated most of our group. The couple that was joining us later for drinks (not eating), arrived earlier than anticipated and went to move a table of two to the end of one of the tables of 4. The staff was rude when coming over to ask that we not move the tables. It's fine to ask us to not move tables but the way it was handled was very rude & unwelcoming. She was asking if we knew these people would be joining when we made the reservation and said she'd already told our group we couldn't move the tables. She may have told other members of our group on the other side if they asked but where we were sitting, we hadn't heard that. It was very uncomfortable and unwelcoming after that. Instead of staying there for the evening we left and asked that they notify anyone looking for our group where we had gone. We had heard good things but were very disappointed with our experience.

I’ve been to The Reagan with my girl friends, and it’s always been so much fun! It’s our favorite spot for drinks and food. The music selection is always great. They play great vinyls. I recently brought my mother, and my in laws for dinner. It was a great experience for them! 5 stars all around. You can never go wrong with The Reagan. We sampled a variety of the food and drinks, and everything was delicious! The servers are always been nice, and friendly. I definitely recommend coming with whoever! It is a beautiful bar and definitely unique. Will gladly always go back!

Been here before and the place is consistent. That said, it was a little disappointing that they were out of the needed ingredients for two of the cocktails I tried to order. The waitress also forgot to bring what would’ve been the last mimosa. They may err on the side of presentation over practicality. Still enjoy the concept and creativity of the dishes.

We come to The Regan very often and we never get tiered of it. The decor and lighting make for a super unique vibe and experience. The music is always great and the drinks are delicious just like the food. I’ve gotten to meet the owner once and he was super nice and fun to talk to. Cant recommend it enough!

Music, food, cocktails, probably some of the best the city has to offer. Easy going, and all kinds of people, from all kinds of ages.

The Reagan is truly an El Paso gem. The only thing better than the awesome ambiance is the delicious food. If you haven’t tried their new menu, run don’t walk! They also have perfectly crafted cocktails and fun events to keep you coming back.
