   Wonderful meal today. Food was very tasty and piping hot, served by very friendly staff. Great choices and very good value. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

   Food was a little expensive, but very tasty. Conservatory room had no festive decorations considering it was Christmas time, apart from two crackers on the table. Didn’t like imposed service charge ( although could have declined ) would have preferred to give my own tip. Also had to ask where our vegetables were… to be told they had been dropped. Agree things happen, but if we were told at the time then the meal would not have been so disjointed.

   It was very busy, with a large number of ladies on a table opposite. Our meal was lovely and all of the waiters/waitresses are so pleasant and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We will visit again soon.

   Staff were not very professional and rather quite miserable it wasn’t busy so no reason to be rushed off their feet

   The dining area is clean and easy to move around in, tables not close together. As someone with mobility issues that’s important. The food was delicious, plenty of it and nice and hot. The servers were attentive but not overbearing. A fabulous experience.

   Lovely venue with a great atmosphere The food was all great, generous servings, and was all served hot which at a very busy time of year is impressive. Staff are friendly and all smiles. Lovely evening thank you we will visit again and do recommend The Queens to anyone who asks us.

   Haven’t been to the Queens for a while but glad we did, the food on the festive menu was really lovely. Service a little slow as there were a few big parties in but great on the whole.

    The veggie starter of chili cauliflower was excellent, could have had it as a main and the goats cheese and fig starter was also a nice surprise however, the festive veggie burger was not nice at all, I had about a quarter of it and had to leave it, not palatable at all. My friend had the veggie wellington which came with lack lustre roasties and she had to chase her veg! Service was slow and it wasnt overly busy; wouldn't go back for the festive menu as the veggie chose was very poor Our third friend had the fish and chips and that looked amazing and she cleared her plate
