We were in need of a convenient dinner destination after an event for a group of colleagues. The Preserve provided that but was disapppinting overall. The menu, which I made the mistake of not reviewing beforehand, was extremely limited. It was telling that all eight members of our party ordered the same entree - less a display of similar tastes and more a matter of zeroing in on the best of some very limited options. Our server was nice but seemed ill prepared for the task - having to leave the table and return twice for paper when he came to take our order. This fits the need as a convenient hotel restaurant but has very little else to recommend it.

Horrible experience. Took forever to get served. Management was just standing around not helping. This property (The JW) felt more like a self serve Holiday Inn. Poorly ran.

The service was respectable. The ambiance was nice and gives off great restaurant vibes. The whole experience falls apart with the food to price ratio. The quality of the food suggests that the buffet price should be cut in half.

The food was very cold. We had to fight off the fruit flies. The service was excellent. The eggs were overcooked, the grits were cold, and the bacon was sitting in grease. I would not visit this restaurant again.

A Mixed Mother's Day Experience at The Preserve The Preserve offered a charming ambiance for Mother's Day, with good music and a pleasant vibe. However, the dining experience fell short due to small portions that left us wanting more. While the server was kind and courteous, the lack of a brunch buffet option made the meal feel underwhelming. With a few adjustments, like a heartier menu or a brunch buffet, The Preserve could elevate its Mother's Day experience to match its inviting atmosphere.

The food portions are very small and our food was a bit cold. I took my Mom here for Mother’s Day and I wish I had a back up plan. The staff was very kind and bouquets were given to mothers, that helped make up for the food.

Food was delicious and cooked to perfection. 24 hr French toast and short rib eggs Benedict were delicious although the portions could be bigger. Staff was very friendly and service was good (could be better.) Since this was their first time holding brunch, I'm confident they will work out the kinks and be impeccable in no time.

My wife has dietary restrictions and I called ahead and was told I could order off the menu (even though it was Mother's Day). When we arrived we were told this wasn't possible. She ended up not being able to eat and I felt bad.

My wife ordered the steak, and it was cold. I ordered the Wagyu patty melt. The steak came out cold, and the fries were cold as well. For a restaurant where I spent over $100. I expected more. The manager was nice, and the chef explained the circumstances surrounding the food.
