   Best restaurant in the area. Great food, especially starters and mains. Small but good wine list. Excellent cocktails. Staff are delightful.

   I wasn’t aware of the portion sizes - you’ll need to top up with side dishes - one roast potato,stuffing ball, 5 tiny carrots, two chicken thighs? Half a parsnip and a tablespoon of mash and cabbage do not maketh a Sunday lunch - most of which was hidden by the yorkie but still left hungry even with a pudding! Extra veg doesn’t cost the earth - unfortunately not good value for money.

   The Sunday lunch was fabulous. Everything was perfect and the cauliflower cheese was amazing!! Such a fabulous little restaurant with very friendly and accommodating staff. Ralph was so helpful & friendly. We will definitely be going back.

   Our son and his partner have raved about the Peppermill for some time and so my wife and I (with another son) decided to try it out. We now understand the attraction...marvellous food with wonderful service. All three of us enjoyed the same excellent experience. Our new favourite eatery 😊.

   Fabulous- best meal we have had out in a long time. Great service and friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and can’t wait to go back.

    After many recommendations myself and my fiancé decided to try their roast dinner, and we were not disappointed. Absolutely beautiful food, presented beautifully also. We will definitely be back! The best roast dinner we have had. Would highly recommend.
