   The reason for the lower stars. 1) the audio was down so instead of French music we were stuck with awful elevator music. 2) the service was extremely slow. The slow service and music were disappointing. However, the server was very nice, the manager checked on us and my pasta dish was delicious!!!

   Lovely ambiance and experience! A great addition to Carmel. The coq au Vin style chicken was delicious and huge! The team of waiters were very good and appropriately attentive.prices were slightly high but not outrageous. The Bordeaux wine option was good. We’ll be back !

   On International Women's Day went out for dinner here with a good friend to celebrate her accomplishments and we both enjoyed a good meal. The steak was tender and the cassoulet was yummy. We sent back our first dessert - and they comped it - and ended the meal with a wonderful creme de brûlée. All in all, a very nice dining experience. If they could reduce the noise, it would be closer to perfect. But we'll be back and would recommend it. (Check out the valet parking across the street - a bargain for $10)

   We had a wonderful experience at Josephine's. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the bar was lively but not overly loud. Our server, Frankie, was attentive and made excellent recommendations. Amuse Bouche is served to start your meal. This was a piece of heaven and delicious. We enjoyed the Escargot, which was a perfect appetizer. The Le Beau Citr was my absolute favorite. There are so many flavor components in this salad. The Pickled Strawberries were an unusual but delicious treat. The Candied Almonds had a perfect crunch and were not overly sweet. I would go back just for this salad. Our main dish was Coq au vin and Crème brûlée for dessert. The service was impeccable, and the timing of the courses was perfect. We look forward to dining here again and trying the Onion Soup, per Chef Jes's recommendation. Jes was introduced to us by the GM, who was also extremely nice. Carlos, the bar manager, was informative and a delight to talk to. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. The restaurant is a little hard to find, and the address is 110 Main. However, you have to look for Suite 100, as the entire building is 110 Main.

   We were excited to try this new restaurant and it didn’t disappoint. The French music was serene, the drinks were great, and the food was delicious. Definitely coming back!

   Excellent new restaurant! My husband and I shared the escargot, the Citron salad and the chicken dish and they were all delicious. The couple we were with enjoyed their entree and said the Inion soup was the best he had ever had. As was our crème brûlée dessert! Eric provided great service and our host, Aidan was attentive and friendly.
