We welcome you to The Paddock Restaurant. The Paddock is a treat for the whole family. Pop in for breakfast, served daily until mid-day. We serve coffee, cakes, lunch and afternoon teas.
On Sunday come for the famous Paddock roast using all local produce. We’re fully licensed and offer our Spanish Cruzcampo lager on draft as well as a selection of local bottled beer and ales. Why not have a glass of wine and choose from hand-picked wines on the menu or pick a bottle from the Food Hall to accompany your meal.
For those just wanting a cuppa, we have a large selection of speciality teas and freshly ground coffees to be enjoyed with a slice of our delicious cakes. Children are welcome and we offer a children’s menu or smaller portions of the main menu.
We have a large free car park and coach parking, just 2 minutes from Junction 27 off the M6, sitting in the beautiful village of Wrightington. Large parties can be catered for - book now.

Enjoyed our lunch although portion size has reduced on the soup and sandwich. The restaurant was a bit cold which I have noticed previously.

Excellent birthday lunch. One of the party was stuck in traffic and was late by 20 minutes, the staff were so understanding. The food was good home cooking , pea and ham soup and a ham hock sandwich- perfect for a cold November day . And the cake and coffee for dessert was the perfect ending

Table booked for 11.45 order eventually taken at 12.10 after others had arrived. Soup was tasty but only warm. No choice of bread. We appreciated that a new menu was being used but we didn’t find the service was particularly good. Some waiting on servers were very helpful others not so.

Amazing food and service- prices reflect the standard of food. Amazing Sunday roast and salads are fab too. My dad is hard of hearing and we were accommodated in a quieter part of the restaurant. Thanks- highly recommended and will be back! 🤩

We visited today and it was quite busy. They seemed to be short staffed as it took a while to be seated and the service was very slow. Our plates were cleared and we weren't asked if we wanted anything else and no one returned to us. We ordered desserts and one was missed as they forgot to put it through. Quite disappointed in our visit today but will put it down to possibly being understaffed
