With pride and passion we’ll be serving freshly prepared locally sourced food and hand-picked beers, wines and spirits. The Oakfield has been lovingly restored and our new garden room offers incredible views of our award winning gardens.

    We both ordered the steak pie. We’ve had it before and it’s perfect! It comes with rich potato dauphinois, braised red cabbage and carrot with a delicious gravy. Great on a cold day.

    Not a huge choice, but the two dishes we had were excellent. Service was very prompt. Waiting staff exceptionally friendly.

    Lovely pub with such a lovely atmosphere. Food was amazing and our Server Bethan was fantastic. First time in their after visiting the zoo for many years, definitely won’t be our last. Loved it. Thank you.

    Generally it’s a very nice experience with friendly staff. Nice selection of menu but they use frozen chips. Such a shame as proper potato chips are so much nicer.
