With pride and passion we’ll be serving freshly prepared locally sourced food and hand-picked beers, wines and spirits. The Oakfield has been lovingly restored and our new garden room offers incredible views of our award winning gardens.

    What a lovely place to visit for a meal while visiting the zoo. I would definitely recommend a visit if you are looking for somewhere great to eat. The food is amazing and the staff are all very attentive.

    We had a superb Christmas lunch today. The vegetables were cooked perfectly and the turkey was moist. It was very reasonably priced as well.

    Really nice restaurant with nice food and lovely staff. Lady in the flowery top was so efficient in welcoming us and directing us with our mobility scooter. Nice Christmas ambiance and everything was relaxed our waiter was lovely too.

    We enjoyed a lovely lunch at the Oakfield. We all chose the turkey dinner and were not disappointed. Great food and service in lovely surroundings. Thoroughly recommended.
