   This is a favorite. The restaurant is cozy yet classy. Menu offers a variety of food but interesting combinations. Matt the bartender was fantastic.

   i wish i could give a higher rating. Mooring’s made my boyfriends birthday dinner feel beyond special! we were greeting with a birthday card, got a polaroid taken of us, and received a free dessert. the service was beyond extraordinary and the food was incredible. i would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

   TOST ROSE, Mocktail was fabulous… Sparkling white tea, ginger, elderberry The mussels and crab toast appetizers were excellent! The toasted bread that came with the mussels was perfect for soaking up the delicious broth. Dinners were all tasty & great portions: SEARED SCALLOPS with snap pea, hakurei turnip, yellow curry, stonefruit, local greens…was very tasty, quite rich and must like curry. SEAFOOD PASTA with scallop & shrimp, calabrian chile-lime butter, spaghetti, scallions, crumbs SOLE MILANESE pan fried sole, tomato confit, german style potato, watercress, lemon butter sauce Fresh, soft & warm dinner rolls, nicely presented in little paper bags. Tables next to us had the pork chop and another with the baked stuff lobster…both looked fantastic! And to top it off the KEY LIME PIE with toasted coconut, candied lime…wow!

   Moorings is an old favorite, and did not disappoint. Very extensive menu, professional service. Everything well prepared. Glad things are holding fast.

   We celebrated our engagement there and had a really lovely time! The view at sunset was spectacular and Jennifer (our waitress) was very attentive, pleasant, thorough, and patient whilst we tried to decide on the delicious menu!

    We had a really excellent lunch today at The Mooring. The waiter (K) was very professional, attentive, personable and great at his job. The food was delicious.
