    Enjoyed a lovely dinner with my family, including a teen and pre-teen. My pre-teen enjoyed the chicken fingers and fries off the kids menu, while my teen loves grilling her own steak. When it comes to fondue, they only like the dessert fondue, and the fact Melting Pot now has a grill option has made it a lot easier for us to eat here with our kids. The wait staff at Melting Pot is always exceptional, which makes for an enjoyable meal out for me, as they take care of everything!

    Unfortunately my husband had what turned out to be a gall bladder attack and had to be rushed to the hospital right after our appetizers. I did ask for the bill which I paid in full with a generous tip. The manager said since we hadn’t touched our entrees, we would be comped for that at our next visit. I have no idea how that would work but was too upset at the time. I doubt this will happen. After the fact, I think this could have been handled better.

    Melting Pot delivered a great dining experience as expected. Our server Ellie was very attentive, took great care of our party of 6. Food was really tasty

    We loved our New Year’s celebration. The cheese and chocolate fondues were excellent as always. This time we chose to grill our meats and preferred that to boiling in broth.

    This is our 5th year celebrating NYE here. Food and experience is always amazing. This year our service was lackluster. Perhaps we were spoiled by previous servers. Perhaps the server tonight needs more experience in creating experiences. Will return but hope for a better server experience. It was lackluster.

    This was our first experience and we loved it! Savanah was our server & she was wonderful and very informative. We were seated promptly and the host was also very nice. The FOH manager got us the wine & garlic seasoning as well as a small bear with a melting pot shirt and brought it to our table after adding it to the bill. Everyone we had an interaction with was really friendly and we will be back!
