   We have been coming to The Love since they opened. We first came when we were in Philadelphia for a conference having traveled from Seattle. This was the first time we came by car now living on the EC. It was our anniversary. The entire experience was magical. Thank you!

   This was my first time eating upstairs and it was very nice! The food was excellent, love the atmosphere...this is really one of my favorite restaurants. The only tiny bummer was that we asked to start with some bread because a couple people were starving and the waiter said he needed to bring all the food out at once...it seems like at a place of this caliber, they should be able to bring out the bread...BUT it didn't detract too much and this is still one of my favorite restaurants.

   Starr restaurants always deliver high quality and a great dining experience. The Love was very good, but I would rate it lower than the other restaurants in the Starr family that I have previously visited.

   The service was decent, though it seemed to prioritize larger groups spending more money. The food was good overall, but the grits and greens served with the chicken didn’t meet my expectations—they lacked flavor, and it was odd that they were served in ramekins instead of as part of a cohesive dish. The upstairs atmosphere is much more enjoyable than downstairs. The prices are high, but that’s to be expected. The hosts could improve their demeanor—they didn’t smile or seem particularly enthusiastic about being there.

   This was an awesome experience! The vibe is unmatched ! A perfect blend of causal dining meets fine dining meets city romance! The food is top notch and the drinks are excellent! The perfect place for all occasions 12/10!

   We celebrated two family birthdays at one of our favorite restaurants. Our drinks, wine, appetizers, and main courses were exceptional. I highly recommend the rigatoni with short rib, as well as the crispy branzino! Our server, Catherine provided exceptional service throughout the meal. We felt very welcome at The Love.    The food is always great! The service was wonderful. Just keep in mind that it is the weekend and it gets crowded. Just be patient and you won’t regret your meal or experience♥️

   We all had a delicious meal. I had the Meyer lemon risotto and it was delicious. Others in my party had the scrambled eggs and the shrimp and grits and all really enjoyed their meals. We also shared the rolls with peach jam and of course the bacon. Yum! We were seated upstairs which was a bit less crowded and very nice. Our server, Mark, was excellent. We look forward to our next meals at The Love.

    We went for brunch before attacking some holiday shopping. Everything was perfect. The hardest thing was deciding what to order. Beautiful table, attentive service and food impeccably prepared with a creative presentation. We Love the LOVE!
