   TERRIBLE. Tasted my food and that was all. Server offered not to charge us but my husband insisted on paying. Server then offered a discount and took 25% off. You go from free to only 25%??? Personally I would have taken free and gave him a tip. It was so back we ended up at 801 Local for some real French onion soup.

   I saw guests walking over to the water stations to refill their own drinks, as but one example of the inconsistent service. This was Sunday lunch time, and the site was practically empty. Food comes out at different times; takes too long, presentation is lacking, and the description on the menu may or may not be what you get. The flavor of the food is good, the menu itself is fun and we enjoyed the Sunday music, but this is not enough to want to return for a third time, after this exact same experience in the Spring. The entire front of the house needs some serious attention for the place to be successful, as it once was.

   The service was very slow. Apparently the chef quit in the middle of the lunch service! When the food finally arrived it was good but not great. We asked for bread with the salad and soup and the server wasn’t able to get bread from the kitchen because of whatever was going on in the kitchen! It was our first time at the restaurant and it did not make a good first impression

   We wanted this to be a great experience but sadly like so many places they seemed under staffed. Servers were very nice and professional but the service was slow. The food was just ok. Thanks to the servers for being so kind!

   We had the lobster Newberg and the quiche. They were tasty, but cold when they were delivered. The waiter was pleasant, but didn't return to refill drinks. We did enjoy ourselves with the view.

   It took over 30 minutes to receive our food ( just 3 of us and only a few other tables with parties of 4 or less). Food was cold!! Server did not return to the table and we had to flag him down to pay the check. He held a device in front of me to pay by card and include a tip… did not think it was appropriate to have a server literally stand over me to clearly see what I was tipping. Disappointing lunch on a day we planned a fun time at the museum

    Expensive for quantity and quality of food. Small portions. Missing ingredients. Inadequate staffing. Limit menu and work to provide quality food that looks and tastes worth the price and is quicker to prepare.
