Absolutely my favourite place to brunch in Melbourne! Always delicious! Wonderful coffee, excellent menu and the most aesthetic and delicious dishes! The staff are always friendly!

Food was late - service is very average. Booked a table 2 weeks in advance and they gave us a tiny table in the dark corner - when asked to move they were reluctant!

Decent food but not a nice dining experience as they try to force you out the door by dropping the bill at the table (twice), despite still waiting on further orders, despite not asking for the bill and despite being under an hour within sitting down.

After booking a table we were put in a crowded corner and it was extremely loud and difficult to hear anything. Our coffees took 20 mins. Overall poor experience. Much better service at higher ground

Service and menu has taken a dive since I was there last in Nov2021. Not the sort of place to take clients for a quite business lunch like it used to be.

Very poor hospitality skills. Lacks professionalism. Very racist. Did not let us sit and eat. The manager said she will not serve us. Very rude and arrogant and toxic environment. Sure, the food and aesthetic looks good on the internet. But, the treatment towards customers are very biased and has bad manageable skills. Please do not waste your time, money or energy going here. This restaurant is nothing like it looks. A place like this should welcome customers no matter who they are. But this one is the opposite. I have never experienced this much aggressive staff ever in my life. If you are doing hospitality, you should know, The hospitality industry thrives on customer service because it cannot function without customers. This place is definitely going downhill because of the way they treat people. I cannot gather my words anymore to describe how disgusting this place is. Would recommend not going to this boring, racist, monotonous dull place just to waste your time, money and energy. Literally would not even send an enemy here. This place sucks !!!!!

Was more than accommodating for our large group of 8! Had to do last minute modification to booking on the day, but they were really great about it. Service, second-to-none. Been here a few times, on this occasion I had took some Melbourne-first timers (they were from interstate). They were left really impressed.
