Service was excellent, food was amazing and tasted great. We have actually been to 2 different ones on our trip to London, and have the best food (especially the filet!) and service.

We had a lovely pre theatre supper of fish & chips. The food was beautifully cooked & presented. Those chips…. So crispy on the outside & so soft inside!

We were a party of 8 and we were seated at a very small table, despite having made reservations several days in advance. To top it all off, we were charged for a 3 course meal, and double charged for the deserts. We called the next day, explained our situation, we were transferred to guest services and waited on hold for 15 minutes. Since we are on holiday we did not have the time to wait on hold for longer.

We booked for afternoon tea but there was no tea menu. We understood that it had been replaced by a Christmas menu. So we ended up having lunch at 4PM. The food was good but the service, while very friendly and helpful, was quite shambolic. A long wait to have our order taken and our drinks arrived halfway through the meal. A nice ambience but the overall experience fell short.
