we love coming to the ivy blackheath! always such a lovely warm welcome from the receptionist and staff are friendly and helpful. delicious brunch today with the eggs benedict and the christmas desserts are amazing!

Ivy Blackheath has lost its sparkle. The quality of food is not very good and the service is not what I experienced before. What happened to this restaurant? This is my second disappointing visit. Will not go there again.

The food was excellent, but our experience with the service could have been better. Our waiter asked how we’d like the pork cooked, which was a bit confusing since pork should generally be served fully cooked. Additionally, there was a dirty napkin on the table when we arrived, which didn’t make for the best first impression. However, the quality of the food largely made up for these service issues.

Love eating at this restaurant. Was really looking forward to the Sunday Roast. Unfortunately it was average and overpriced. The set menu never disappoints, so the overall experience was good.

The hostess was very arrogant , didn’t allow us to have pram to put next to the table and they didn’t have high chairs for the baby, even though the booking was done for 2 adults and a baby . Then the waiter came and apologised which was very nice of him.
