    Wonderful Sunday lunch today in the horseshoes with my son and his girlfriend. Plenty of meat and vegetables and the gravy was absolutely delicious. The staff are also lovely in there. We ate in the bar and I have to say it with a little chilly as it was a horrible freezing day And even though the fire lit there was quite a draft from the front door. However, it was a great lunch and I would highly recommend.

    Never been before. Welcomed into a cosy restaurant. Table service excellent as was the food. So impressive booked for a few days hence.

    Saturday lunch, greeted warmly seated quickly and drinks order taken without delay, from the menu we chose the venison and haggis scotch egg which was rich meaty and delicious… for mains we choose blade of beef and the monkfish curry both completely devoured… we shared the cheesecake which was rich and creamy and delicious… Again an excellent meal ….

    Went for the food and was not disappointed. Took my granddaughter,we both had steaks and both were excellent. Bit pricey but good quality and worth it.
