the waiters were so rude. That turned the experience mid. I’m sure they’re tired of tourist and the holidays but we’re locals, we deserve better as paying customers.

I made a reservation for three, and even with that, we waited 15 minutes for our table. The hostess was an absolute angel, polite, well-mannered, and the only redeeming part of the night. However, our server, Bri (or Bre), was the complete opposite. While she was friendly at first, she was completely inattentive for the rest of our 90-minute visit. It took over 20 minutes to get three non-alcoholic drinks, which is unacceptable in any restaurant, let alone one in Beverly Hills. When our food arrived, it was just as bad. We ordered a steak medium, but it came out well-done. When we asked for it to be redone, our server assured us it would take no more than five minutes. Instead, we waited over 25 minutes, by which point one of us had already finished their meal, and the mac & cheese that came with the entrée was stone cold. We asked the manager to intervene, and while the steak finally came out correctly within five minutes after that, the mac & cheese was still cold and hadn’t even been replaced as requested. We had to ask both the server and the manager again to address it. The lack of coordination and care was astounding. The service was so bad that I felt no obligation to leave a tip which is something I’ve never done before. I’m not the type to demand free meals, but to be charged for a steak after such a terrible experience, especially when it wasn’t even brought out properly the first time, was beyond frustrating. To make matters worse, the restaurant wasn’t even busy, so there was no excuse for the long waits and inattentive service. The food quality itself was mediocre at best. The steak was just okay after being redone, but the experience ruined the meal. This was the most disappointing dining experience I’ve ever had, and the fact that it happened in Beverly Hills makes it even more shocking. Save your money and your time, there are far better places to eat.

Carnitas were really good. Ambiance was really cool Table Cesar Salad was really bad. Returned it. Server was really nice but was slammed. The place was short staffed so we waited for everything- like 20 -30mins. If they staffed the place better I think our experience would have been better minus the Cesar Salad.

I guess if you are a tourist from out of town this place will do. But for us in LA this is mediocre Mexican food similar to and not better than El Torito. The Belgian waffles my kids had ($25) were 80% worst than the frozen waffles Ralph’s has. The $15 filet upgrade for the fajita was absolutely not filet! But $200 for lunch for 4 people maybe is as cheap as you can get in Beverly Hills. I’d strongly suggest Cheesecake Factory over this place.
