Food was awesome but Christmas Eve is not the time to go there as staffing issues where clear 8:15 reservation, 20 min for order to be taken , our food arrived about 9:20 Offered wrong order ls twice in between.

Service was very poor. Drinks came out after appetizers which took about 20 minutes to come out. Long wait for rest of meal, additional drinks, then after all the waiting one entree was omitted. Food was fair, nothing special.

Price of food for what you got is ridiculous. The food was delicious but it took almost an hour to be served and our waiter didn't communicate or check in on us much. Chose The Henry for a special Christmas Eve dinner and we do not eat out like this much. Hungry table and when food arrived it was really small portion on top of poor service.

The Henry is a holiday tradition when all of our kids are in town! The good, service and atmosphere are all so great! They have great gluten free options and go above and beyond to make it a special experience!

So excited for a night out near Christmas with the family and before a Mavs game, had the slowest, worst service. The oysters were smaller than my pinky! had to take things off the bill they never brought and still spent way too much for silly drink up charges. So sad 😞

Was very excited to try The Henry before a show at AA Center, but the overall experience was subpar. The oysters were good but had to ask for side plates and only came with one fork. Minuscule but still the small details make the difference between good restaurants and great restaurants. Entrees were good but not overly described on the menu. Tuna was basically in a soup…?? The side had to be taken off the bill because it never showed up to the table. Had to have another waiter bring our bill and because of the lack of attention. Overall, Very underwhelmed. Native to metroplex and in downtown for an early Christmas present/kid-free weekend.
