   The staff are brilliant so attentive, the manager (we didn’t get her name she had blonde hair) and our waiter were exceptionally nice, quick service and a beautiful restaurant will return 😄

   First time at the Grayson and will definitely be back - Staff were fantastic as was the food! Love the upstairs layout !

   Food was tasty. Sea Bass with mussel rissoto served in a soup bowl which made eating a bit awkward. I will return.

   Dreadful experience, staff were very rude and dismissive, we left and went to The Ivy which was brilliant

   Wated over 1.5 hours for our table booked at 15:30 hrs eventually got a table at 17:00 hrs. Delays in taking food ajd / or drinks order. Staff untrained with excuse for bad service beibg "we are busy" ..... seems they totally over booked beyond their capacity yet charge high end pricing. A ice cream sundae was thre balls of ice cream in a bowl.....not acceptable. No attention to detail of service or food.

   Not sure if we just picked a bad day ! I had booked a table for our family of 6 adults. As it was 23rd Dec we were looking forward to our city centre lunch with a nice Christmas festive buzzy atmosphere. We were therefore disappointed to be seated in an upstairs room containing only 2 tables - our table for 6 and a table for 2. The table for 2 was only briefly occupied during our 2 hour lunch so we were therefore largely on our own - we could as easily have stayed at home in terms of ambience. Next door to us there was a wedding taking place so for the 2 hours we were there in our 'private' room there was a constant stream of bridal party and wedding guests back and forth and in and out looking for where they were supposed to be . The only ladies bathroom, with the broken lock (so you had to bring someone to stand outside), was the other side of the bar in which the wedding party were taking their photographs so you had to walk through photo ops to access the toilet. Twice I was offered canapes by waiters who thought we were part of the wedding party! It was all very bizarre. The lunch main courses were very tasty and reasonably priced. The deserts disappointed - a 'Sundae' turned out to be a bowl of ice-cream with honeycomb scattered on top and a smear of peanut butter on the side of the bowl- not worth nearly €10 price or 'sundae' description. The service was just OK - I sensed they might have been embarrassed at our strange situation and were keeping away .

   Really great experience! Thanks for lovely night, food was amazing. The only thing was we felt it was a little cold on the top floor.
