   The Green Man is a beautiful pub, especially at Christmas! I had requested a table near the fire when I booked and we were sat right beside it which was amazing! The service was friendly and very professional, the delicious food was served quickly but we never felt rushed. Thanks to all at the Green Man for a lovely lunch and all-round experience.

   Outstanding food and excellent service. Not exactly cheap, but definitely worth it for a special occasion.

   Ordered the red mullet main dish with fish stew which was very good but could have been elevated. The aioli toast was soggy and there were bit of fish that were a bit crunchy.

   We attended the festive quiz and had a great time, even though we were out on the terrace (a bit chilly!). Food was good but went cold quickly cos we were outside, but ordinarily it would have been fine. Great atmosphere, lovely staff and cosy pub atmosphere. 🎄

   My husband’s fish and chips was declared the best in the whole of the U.K.!!! And he also declared the crème brûlée the best outside France!!! Our meal was delicious. Thank you!

   Very good food - very tasty. We had a starter and a main, and both courses were superb. Also, very good strong coffee! The interior is nicely done, with a comfortable, cozy vibe. Friendly and attentive staff. Also has dog friendly areas.

    Had a fabulous Sunday Roast. Staff and manager all excellent. We didn't have to wait long for our food. Quite a plateful!
