    Lexi was a fantastic server! She took my celiac disease seriously and made sure my food was safe to eat. We’ve eaten here many times and will continue to come back.

    Gage sets & maintains a high bar for staff, for service, for food, for ambiance Impressively consistent over many years Abigail was amazing as server, so professional so positive and welcoming , to our table and all others. Love relaxing in bar area over food and drinks. Such a terrific Guinness pour, delectable burgers, truffle fries. So yummy. Good desserts too Go once you’ll be back often Thank you Billy Lawless for creating such a beloved haven in the city.

    Practically every seat filled so it wasn't quiet, but we could still easily converse. Great food, service, and ambiance. One of my favorite places yo eat in Chicago.

    We sat in the very back room. Our service was poor. Order was confused twice. Wine knowledge was poor. Our server was to casual with off the cuff excuses I didn’t want to tip her 20% but I did. Would like to come back and sit closer to the front with a professional server.
