   Reservations were made for a 1:30 time frame. They tried to seat us until after 2pm, but at that point we were frustrated with the entire situation so we did end up leaving. They sat us at a temporary table in the front of the door. We asked if we could just sit where we were so we didn’t have to keep moving, they said no! Not to mention I was with two 8 month pregnant women. The host had an attitude when you would ask her question. Twerking and dancing all over the restaurant. DJ was way too loud we had to scream at each other just so we can hear what one another were saying. We ordered a few drinks while we sat and waited for 30 mins and when I told the host you can just give our table way to another party she said you can finish your drinks outside we have another group we have to sit at this table. Never will I come here again.

   Chilaquiles were tasty! Definitely worth trying. The sauce and chicken tinga were delicious.

   The vibe is definitely there. The dj was doing a good job selecting songs but i feel could have done better. The food was very good well seasoned could have been more selections but overall ill be back!

   THE ONLY THING I WOULD CHANGE IS THAT I THINK THEY SHOULD START OFFERING THE BRUNCH PACKAGE IN HOUSE. CAN ONLY BOOK THE BRUNCH PACKAGEONLINE AND I THINK THEY SHOULD ALLOW PPL TO GET IT WHEN THEY ARRIVE. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS GREAT. LIVE DJ WAS LIT AND FOOD WAS PRETTY GOOD .

    First time at the Duplex, for a regular Saturday get together for a group of long time friends. I chose it based on menu and photos. Very high expectations, all met. Excellent food. (Shrimp and grits, branzino, standard breakfast). Tried a variety of their brunch cocktails Again very nicely done. Our server, Geno, was attentive and timely. A well spent Saturday morning. And we will return.
