The Den serves Edomae Tokyo style sushi. The Den is a 18 seat counter, omakase style sushi restaurant, where Sushi chefs will guide guests through an authentic omakase experience. Most ingredients will be flown in directly from the Toyosu fish market in Tokyo. The Den serves a multi course menu with no a la carte options. The Den has set seating times, open Tuesday-Saturday.     If you now about Japanese food.. this is about as good as it gets! Better than Hiden, or Shingo in coral gables!! It’s truly Japan! Love the food.. so surprised, must admit the reservation process is ridiculous.. however it’s the best!

    I needed to wait 30mins more I was hangry haha but It was nice experience definitely! You can’t expect quality as a Japanese fresh sushi but uni chawanmushi and uni sushi with seaweed were so nice. Also, Fatty tuna was amazing! Everyone were being so kind:) but you should know that here is Miami so Don’t expect too much cuz It is expensive haha I can say 200$ quality it was:) include tax and service charge in my opinion!

    A truly outstanding Omakase experience. Perhaps one of the best in the continental US. The chef select ingredients and has them purchased by fire in Tokyo. All of the ingredients for time to be at their peak at their point of origin. There were things on the menu that I had never seen before, and I have a pretty substantial Sushi experience. Portions were perfectly sized, and the total amount of food was fantastic. I had the sake pairings-also fantastic. Chef prepared and narrated the preparations as we ate. The counter seats 12 or 14 people, although we were only seven the night that I’ve done. It is an intimate and truly pleasant experience.

    We celebrated my husband’s birthday at The Den. He always wanted to have an Omakase experience and The Den did not disappoint. The food was amazing as was the service. They made us feel special even with others seated nearby.
