Hidden away in the Bywater neighborhood, The Country Club offers an elegant escape from everyday living. Our beautiful restaurant and bar deliver exquisite food and drink in sophisticated surroundings. We offer chef-driven cuisine inspired by Italian-French and Creole-Southern heritages. Our incredible menus by Chef Chris Barbato, formerly of Commander’s Palace, has all the foodies talking. Our award-winning wine program features more than 140 bottles from 13 countries and its very own private label wines. You MUST be 21 or over to dine with us. Some outdoor seating is available. If you would like to request outdoor seating, please do so when you arrive. We book up for Drag Brunch six months out, HOWEVER, as people cancel reservations they immediately become available online, so be sure to check back often. For Parties over 20 people please contact us directly.

The house is gorgeous. The handpainted wall murals are spectacular. Service was excellent. Delicious Bloody Mary. Food was very tasty. And the Ladies were fantabulous! So glad we included it for our NOLA visit. Highly recommend.

We were a party of 8 that ordered pretty much all the small plates and passed them around the table. It was the perfect amount of food and all the dishes were delicious. Thank you, Michael, for being so accommodating and giving us great, friendly service.

Beautiful venue, good customer service. Loved the crab and mascarpone appetizers, don’t order the shortrib- left that behind and ordered pizza when we returned to hotel. Beautiful flowers painted on interior dining area

Have been to The Country Club before for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed it so returned this time for the Drag Brunch. Service was friendly and professional, food beautifully presented and delicious, and performances were great. Was an enjoyable and memorable experience all around.

The food, the atmosphere and service were excellent!! Had the chicken sandwich and that was the tastiest chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. My wife has the salmon and she loved it!!! Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous dinner in this beautiful yet casual restaurant. The service was great and the cocktails were on point. We enjoyed the redfish , truffle Mac n cheese, and beet and apple kale salad. It’s tucked away in the cute by water neighborhood away from the craziness. I would highly recommend.

First time eating at the country club and it was amazing. The vibrant drag show was in full effect as we dranked and ate our meal. The food was good, I had the beet & apple salad (delicious), the salmon dish (I hated the green sauce in it) and my husband had the rib (VERY FATTY). Over all a good experience.
