    We had a great date night dinner at Cork. Alex was attentive but not hovering, and food and beverage were great. The 110 degrees cocktail was surprisingly spicy, the whiskey sour was tart and not too sweet, and the old fashioned was just right. For entrees we got the crab cake and the bison filet — one of the most delicious steaks we’ve had in a long time. Prices are fair for the quality. It’s not cheap but the taste, ambiance, and overall value is there, especially for a special dinner.

    I have been coming here for 25 years, but admittedly it has been 10 years since my last visit. Ambiance has not changed which is fine as it is as it has always been. The food was really disappointing. Dry halibut, dry chicken and dry rice. Aside from that….,The staff did a very good job and was attentive but the food was just not up to par and it is hard to imagine dining there again.

    food was excellent. I rarely finish my prime rib at other restaurants but last night I ate every bite and the sides too. service was above excellent. our server was personable and quick to replenish drinks and checked on us throughout the meal. just a great meal although the only criticism I have is the price. while expensive it ultimately was worth the cost.

    If we have any future trips to the Cork, it would just be to the bar for appetizers and a drink. The staff and service are excellent.

    Been in Tucson ten years have never seen or heard of this place until a recent recommendation from a co-worker. Food and service were top notch and an exceptional wine list. Thank you for a great anniversary meal, and we look forward to our next visit.

    We had a wonderful experience at The Cork Tucson. The food was excellent and the service was amazing. We were seated in the back of the restaurant so there wasn’t much noise. We will definitely be going back soon.

    Service was fantastic. We were seated close to the bar so it was a bit smokey due to I assume food grilling. It wasn’t terrible but just made our eyes irritated towards the end of the meal. But the food, service, everything else was fabulous maybe just ask to be seated away from the front part of the restaurant.
