   The food was amazing! The service was a little spotty, especially near the end as they were at closing time, but overall it was great. Will definately go back!!

   It was nice and when the music was playing and everyone was singing it was nice night on Valentine’s Day. The waiters were so nice and patient.

   Overall our experience was great. The food was delicious, but unfortunately, the potatoes on two of our plates were cold. They did remake those orders and took the entrees off our bill. We will be going back.

   Great atmosphere, great service. Food stacks up to any big city high-end restaurant. From hosts, wait staff, bartenders and manager, absolute first-class dining experience.

   Everything was absolutely incredible! The special Valentine’s menu was to die for, our waitress Taylor was incredible, and the atmosphere was just perfect! We’ll definitely be back!

   Waitress was very good. It was not very busy when we placed our order but our food sat under the "heat lamps" for at least 5 minutes and came out lukewarm . My fries had hair in it, a long blonde hair. I waved the waitress down to let her know. She said they would make me a new meal which was fine by me. She also offered to bring me a soup or salad while I waited for my new meal, which was very nice but I declined because I did not want to be too full for my actual meal.I look over at the kitchen because it is an open concept and sure enough one of the people in there is a female with long blonde hair in a ponytail. She should be required to wear it in a bun or wear a hair net. Food was decent for the price.

   Went for brunch, both had the short rib hash with eggs, fantastic and very large portions. Love the Cork for brunch!

   The Cork 1794 is the best restaurant in the city, it exceeds on every measure thanks to the competent management. The food never disappoints, the chef and staff are creative and generous, the atmosphere is sophisticated but not pretentious. The service reflects their experience in the hospitality industry. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They elevate the experience. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

    Mick was first our bartender then our server for our delicious lunch. Our drinks and lunch meals were delicious and Mick was extremely attentive- a great asset to the Cork restaurant for sure ! It was a very nice afternoon, thank You Cork - we WILL return!
