The Colden Mill strives to make your dining experience unique and memorable, and is located just minutes from Kissing Bridge at 8348 Boston Colden Road. The historic and rustic atmosphere of the once grain mill dating back to the 1830’s, gives the impression of a time to be remembered. We aim to delight our guests with our Contemporary American menu created by award winning executive chef Matthew Webb, highlighting Western New York’s abundant variety of produce and meats. Our casual yet elegant dining atmosphere always welcomes skiers and families alike. While our restaurant offers dinner service Tuesday – Saturday, our two banquet rooms can accommodate parties of up to 50 & 80 guests for parties 7 days a week, and also on or off-premise catering for any occasion.

    Food was great as was the service. We are never disappointed. They had a man singing and playing a guitar. He was way too loud. Hoping there isn’t any music next time. This took away from the experience.

    Just what we needed. If you are looking for a very special place to relax and converse and enjoy a great meal , you will find it at The Colden Mill Restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into what felt like a step back in time. As an interior designer I always critique what could have been done better in a space. As an Italian, my husband always critiques the food. My husbands first comment was “ I like it” and I couldn’t find one thing that I would have done differently. This place is a gem. Thank you for creating such a wonderful place. Wish we had known about it a long time ago. We will surely be back.

    The experience here is usually outstanding so it's possible this was just a one off instance. The location, ambience and table service was lovely, our waitress was exceptional. Unfortunately the drink pours were very under and the fish entrees were very over done. We sent them back and were compensated without question. The apps, however, were great and the fried chicken breast my husband had was excellent. Knowing their usual quality we will most certainly go back.

    Food was OUSTANDING, wish we had room for dessert! Ambience is quaint and cozy, staff were friendly, genuine and attentive. What an amazing gem that I’m so glad we tried!

    Been to the Mill many times, & it seems the food & service is either really good or below average! This time only the cocktails & bread pudding dessert were worth having!

    The food was exceptional. We brought our parents to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Everyone enjoyed every bite. Our waitress was lovely and on top of everything. We truly enjoyed the live music however it was a little loud and it made it hard to chat at the table. Our dads were smiling the whole time as they sang along so it was worth it.

    The Colden Mill is a lovely restaurant, quaint. We went on a Wednesday night, there is live music, not too loud or obtrusive to diners. The menu is small and hasn't changed in 3 years. They did have 2 specials to choose from as well. My wife chose one of the specials: pecan crusted chicken with mustard sauce. The breast was tough, which is frequently the case when you fry an entire breast rather than filet/butterfly it. The sauce was watery and flavorless and the veg overcooked. My beef stroganoff was fine, but served with penne pasta rather than the traditional egg noodles. We had a bottle of wine (nicely priced) and a chocolate peanut butter tart that was huge (glad we split it) and quite good.
