   Food is always good. Place was packed but we made reservations and had a short wait. Have patience when the place is packed. Just relax.

   It doesn’t seem as cozy as it did before the remodel I know I’m old and we don’t like change, but this is totally change the feeling of the restaurant still a great restaurant

   The service was disconnected. No one ever cleared our table. We cleared and stacked everything on the ledge near our table. We were at the corner of the restaurant, so every car that drove in had their headlights shining in our eyes. The food orders were mixed up and those dropping the orders did not know what the entree was nor what seat it went to… honestly disappointing considering the price point.

   Excellent food and service, again. Caleb was attentive but transparent in his service of our table. Food was cooked well and seasoned consistent with our expectations of The Chop House.

   There are so many tables in the dining room now that makes it feel so squashed. It was just crammed. The food was good and usually our steaks are perfect and juicy. This time they were cooking a little over for our liking which is ok but they were very dry. In my head I think going to chop house is going out from something nice for dinner and it didn’t feel that way this time. We will go back but I think we will lower our expectations for the next visit. But every employee was phenomenal. Great customer service.

    We sat at a table placed in a corner of the bar behind the bar stools on the end next to the window. Normally, there isn't a table there, and they were pretty packed. After some of the bar patrons moved out, it became a very romantic corner by candlelight. We had Filet and Prime Rib medium rare, which was perfect, and the soup was crab bisque. It was to die for. Ended the evening with the caramel cookie and ice cream. Also, heavenly. They didn't have Elijah Craig, but the Woodford Reserve was good. Perfect date night!
