   While the service and food were very good, Chop House had small tables set up that are not usually there. We were practically stacked on top of the people next to us. It made it very hard for the wait staff to move around. Also, the music louder than it typically is, making it difficult to hear.

   Everything was amazing! For them being so busy on valentines out waitress was so attentive! And the food was delicious

   Terrific food, very attentive staff, moderate noise level despite a very full restaurant. We were seated within 5 minutes of our reservation time.

   Second time visiting Chop House west Knoxville. It’s a good restaurant. Server Alyssa was amazing. It was a very busy night - Valentine’s Day - and she was great. Food was good but prime rib was smaller than expected. Got the same order at brother restaurant Connor’s and it was larger. Looked a bit more like Outback. But overall a great experience.

   The food is always good at the Chop House. And our service by Caleb was outstanding. However, we had a 4:15 reservation. We arrived at 4:10. The place was wall to wall people, which was not a complete surprise. The girl handling the seating told us they were way behind in seating reservations, and she didn't know how long it would be. She was terrible at her job. The table where we were finally seated at 4:40 had been empty most if the time we were waiting, as was the table next to it. And it wasn't because there was not enough wait staff. The hostess didn't appear to know how to handle her job. We will go back to the Chop House, but not on a special occasion. Lunch maybe.

   My husband and I went to dinner at Chophouse for our Valentine’s Day outing a day earlier. It was phenomenal. The ambiance, the food, the service, everything was incredible. I ordered the Valentine’s Day special, filet and lobster tail. I was, unfortunately, unable to eat the filet as it was well well well done when I had ordered it medium. I wasn’t going to say anything because we aren’t the type of people to complain. My husband did say that the steak was inedible at the temperature it was cooked at because he felt bad that I couldn’t eat my meal. The server immediately told her management and they insisted on making it right. I was fully intending to pay for my entire meal. The manager took the price of the steak off and gave us a complimentary dessert, which was very generous and not expected in the slightest. After eating one of the best lobsters I’ve had in my life, I wasn’t hungry anyway. Nonetheless, I appreciated all of them for working with us and doing everything they did. It was phenomenal. We will 100% tell friends and family to join us at Chophouse. Thank you all for your hard work and exceptional customer service.

   How many times can I say that the Chop House is a local gem- good food, good service. We always order the same things and they are always consistently delicious. Keep up the good work.

    My nephew and I have been to the Chop House many many times and normally I give them 5 stars on each category but this time made an exception. My nephew ordered a Rib Eye (Medium) with a loaded baked potato and a salad. I ordered a New York ((Medium) with a loaded baked potato and salad. My steak was cooked perfectly with no complaints but my nephew’s steak was cooked well. The Manager offered to bring another steak but my nephew declined the offer and she agreed to gives us a discount which was fine. The server needs more training. This was just one thing that got on my nerves but it wasn’t the only thing. We weren’t even 1/2 way through our meal and he asked Will y’all be wanting desert? I told him to come back when we were finished eating and we would let him know.
