Paul Friedman is a Master Chef with over 40 years of experience in the restaurant industry,having owned and operated over 50 successful restaurant concepts in South Africa, Germany, and the U.S. Paul began his career as a manager and worked his way up to franchise owner, then Director of Operations.
He opened Paul's Pizza Shops - a nationally recognized pizza concept in Northwest Houston, Texas in 1994.
Paul later developed a new concept, becoming the Executive Chef, CEO and partner at Peli Peli - a nationally recognized South African Fusion Restaurant which opened in 2009 in Houston, Texas. Having retired from Pelipeli in 2018 he has returned to his original location at Vintage Park with his latest concept The Chefs Table.
Chef Friedman says this is by far my best creation yet and I hope to leave a legacy here for my children and grandchildren to be proud of.

Ayer cenamos en nuestra primera visita Creo que los meseros están enfocados en solamente vender lo más posible Llegamos a desayunar a las 10:00 y no encontraban nuestra reserva, no pasa nada Pedimos dos entradas una de las cuales a pesar de estar en el menú de las 10:00 no lo podían servir sino hasta la hora del brunch. Por lo demás excelente, las crepes Suzette deliciosas así como el Bagel Sudafricano Me llama la atención que de dos visitas dos platos no nos los pudieron servir, eso no está padre

Great menu, and waiter’s recommendations and descriptions were spot on. Charred octopus, ostrich filet, butternut squash ravioli, kingklip were great. Very good flavors from spices and sauces.

I took my wife for our anniversary last night, and it was probably my favorite date night we’ve ever had. The food was exceptional, and our waiter was very helpful with recommendations. 10/10 would recommend
