   From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. Our waitress, Mercedes, truly elevated our dining experience with her exceptional service. She was attentive without being intrusive, always ensuring our glasses were full and that we had everything we needed. Her recommendations were spot-on; she clearly knows the menu inside and out.

   We were running late so we called and were accommodated by a short wait upon arrival. Our waitress, Lauren, was attentive. We all would only recommend coming here for appetizers and cocktails. We tried quite a few things, one of which was the snapper. It arrived undercooked. We split it as it is noted and noticed it was not cooked and had blood coming from it. When asked how everything was, we asked to try something else. We were still charged for half of it. Our waitress brought another that was larger a few minutes later and suggested that the chef said “our other one was too small”. Not sure how that impacts it being cooked throughly and why it wasn’t made right. We still opted for something different. We got the spaghetti and catfish (requested it to be fried hard). It was again - undercooked. Definitely would not recommend the fish here. All of the other food was liked by our party of 3. Our favorite was the calamari. Also, we were charged gratuity of 22% for a party of 3 without verbal or written notice. I didn’t notice this until after we left the restaurant — how odd that was for our party size — so I called for understanding as there is no mention on the website and the hostess was unaware when I called (leaving me on hold 5 mins to get confirmation herself) and no mention on receipt. She returned saying they automatically charge gratuity on the weekends. We went at 3pm. Again, party of 3 and no mention of this anywhere or by anyone. We were happy with our waitress, but overall the service could be improved for the reasons mentioned. It definitely impacted our overall experience at this restaurant and I hate that.

   The valet service when we arrived was horrible. It took forever due to the staff socializing with each other. The cocktails were pedestrian and the food was poor in quality. If they want to make it on Henderson at that price point they are gonna need to step it up…

   Unfortunately it wasn’t a pleasant experience. I sat at the bar and the bartender Summer was not great. She had but tried any of the food b/c she said it wasn’t healthy and wasn’t able to make any suggestions. She talked to one client the whole time and gave us poor service. Then we were charged a 20% gratuity on 2 people.

   My best friend and I celebrated my birthday with lunch at The Charlotte, and it was such a wonderful experience. We ordered the spicy vodka pasta and the Cajun truffle malfadine, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The restaurant was stunning during the day, and I imagine it would be even more beautiful at night. I highly recommend visiting, whether it’s with someone special or a group of friends.

   The appetizers and entres were delicious. The dessert was subpar. The servers were good. Just a little bit cold in the building but overall a great experience.

   Terrible service - cocktail came out with the entree, wine never came. Servers seemed a bit lost when it came to, well, the service part of the job. Food was good but nothing particularly special.

    My first review ever! That’s how amazing my dining experience was at The charlotte. The vibes are immaculate, from the 🔥playlist to the extremely unique design of the restaurant. I have zero complaints 10/10 definitely recommend 😌
