   Had a lovely evening started off with grilled oysters, dined on salmon, octopus & okra. All delicious. Our server, Charles, was outstanding, definitely recommend a little pricey but overall great!

   I request Rome as our waiter every time. He is so kind and knowledgeable of the full menu. The fried squash with crab and ricotta cheese new menu item was incredible. My favorite spot in Dallas and so glad I could share this experience with my mom visiting

   This was our first time here and they pulled out the red carpet for us from the very beginning! The food was amazing in every single course, we ended up ordering family style and splitting 7-8 dishes! There were still so many things we didn't get to try that we will be back for.

   We went to the Charles to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. Declan was our server and he went above and beyond to make it an incredible dinning experience. 10/10 would recommend.

    Rome was absolutely amazing!!! He was informative and thorough.He went through the menu with such detail to ensure that we had the ultimate experience. Brie walked us through an abundance of wine selections that catered to all of the food that we were ordering. She was so patient and polite. We will definitely be back.
