   The Charles is always are go to place for special occasions . The food, the service, the great care they have for their customers is always outstanding. I highly recommend the Charles.

   We went to The Charles for the first time tonight & could not have been more impressed! The food was excellent, but the shining star was the amazing service provided by every staff member. We had the pleasure of having Charles as our waiter, and he was fantastic. Can’t wait to go again!

   What an amazing night out. Loved every part of the experience. The service was 5 star all the way. The server suggested we order as a tasting menu which was spot on. We selected items between out party of 3. Squash Blossom and Pasta were the best. The beets not so much. the cuts were too thick and not cooked enough. Drink options we equally top notch

   Our favorite restaurant in Dallas! (Disclaimer: Mr Charles has a couple selections we really enjoy but The Charles our portal to the restaurant group so we assign our loyalty there.) We dined at the Charles celebrating 24 years of marriage as we’ve done numerous other occasions ranging from anniversaries, birthdays, business, and socializing. As always, the menu and plating was exquisite while the service and staff were top notch! From parking to being greeted at the door then seated - all good. Jill took care of us this evening and delivered not the standard. Jill had a command of the menu, brought great energy and tastefully/non-intrusively kept an eye on our table. Thank you Jill and to all the support whose names we did not learn but who contributed to providing a wonderful experience for us this evening. Dinner was great and we will be back! Finally, the team is really doing good work. We’ve dined in the establishment since a 2018 business meeting and have been back 2-3 times per year since for business and personal meals. There has been transitions in the Maitre d'/Dining Room Manager and it’s even more spectacular because of such has maintained or furthered the level of excellence customer have come to expect. Very personal tough, comes across as truly authentic idle but relevant verbal exchage. We just thought the consistent expertise was worthy of adulation because restaurants are frequently shamed for falling short of standards.

   We went for my boyfriend’s birthday and let me just say it as a great experience. From the time we parked valet was very nice. The hosts were nice and friendly. Our waitress was so helpful with recommendations as it was our first time there. And everyone came over at some point in the night to tell him happy birthday. Food was 10/10 and our drinks were sooooo good. I highly recommend.

   From the moment you walk into this restaurant, employees are very welcoming. The host sat us at our table and our waiter was so nice and informative. The manager visited us at our table and inquiring about our experience. The drinks were refreshing. We loved our appetizers. Our entrees were delicious. We will be back.

   The best experience ever!! Me & my girlfriends came for my birthday dinner & I truly felt like a celebrity. Rome was our server & he had all of our names memorized & was so tentative. All of the staff & management made us feel like queens! Plus the food is UNREAL!
