    Always a beautiful overall dining experience at The Chapman. And we love how they pay homage to the history of the location and empasize Florida-forward ingredients. Special shout out to our server Maddie (sp?) for her stellar service.

    We enjoyed dinner here when it opened several months ago. This was the first time we dined here for lunch. It is now our new favorite spot on Park Avenue. The menu is varied, service is excellent and the atmosphere is inviting.

    Super attentive staff. It was our wedding anniversary and they acknowledged this immediately upon arrival and several times with different members of staff. We received a personalized card and a round of drinks on the house. Ashley, our server was pure professionalism and we will definitely return.

    Really enjoyed our brunch today at The Chapman. The service was personable and we never felt rushed. The manager visited our table which was unexpected, and we enjoyed the back room decor!
