   Food was mediocre and that’s being generous. Service and ambience is good. I guess for Orlando this would be considered fine dining but as a long time SF Bay Area resident this is a sad representation of the culinary scene in “upscale” Orlando dining options. Personally I wouldn’t return.

   What a lovely Mother’s Day lunch!! I love this restaurant. Everyone we interacted with greeted us and wished us a happy day. The food was great! Our service was superb. The Chapman had a photo wall with real flowers and printed the pictures we took for us. I will be back :)

   Always a beautiful overall dining experience at The Chapman. And we love how they pay homage to the history of the location and empasize Florida-forward ingredients. Special shout out to our server Maddie (sp?) for her stellar service.

   We enjoyed dinner here when it opened several months ago. This was the first time we dined here for lunch. It is now our new favorite spot on Park Avenue. The menu is varied, service is excellent and the atmosphere is inviting.

   Super attentive staff. It was our wedding anniversary and they acknowledged this immediately upon arrival and several times with different members of staff. We received a personalized card and a round of drinks on the house. Ashley, our server was pure professionalism and we will definitely return.
