   Very nice atmosphere. Everyone was very cheerful and helpful. The food was incredible and Jonathan was super friendly, accommodating and very gracious. Will definitely be back to The Centro in the future.

   Our experience was underwhelming overall. The meal started off promisingly with good appetizers—the salads were crisp, and the beef carpaccio was flavorful. Unfortunately, the main courses fell short. The steak was unevenly cooked, with one end medium rare as ordered and the other overcooked. The short ribs were disappointingly dry, and the Margherita pizza had very little cheese, making it feel more like saucy bread than a proper pizza. While the wait staff was pleasant, the service often felt rushed, which detracted from the overall experience.

   We did not have the best experience at The Centro. Our main issue was the service and just getting our water glasses filled. Our waiter came to our table 2 times and we had to continue to ask for water and then ask for our bill. We will not be going back.

   Great vibe and menu. Our waiter William was knowledgeable- funny and attentive. Eating out on thanksgiving can be tricky - but this was awesome and the place was lively! Recommend the fried Burrata, short ribs and salmon.

   Great location for dinner before a show at playhouse square. Food was good, and cocktails were good. The pizza dough was fabulous, crisp, light, just the right amount of chew. The brussels were way overly oiled, had too much stalk on them, and overly burned (I DO like some char on brussells!) They make a great old fashioned as well. Balanced really nicely.

   Cons : seated 20 minutes past reservation time (6:15pm) and a large portion of menus items sold out during prime time on a Saturday is terrible ordering/planning. The food we did have was excellent and server did a good job of managing need for quick turnaround due to late seating and show tickets

   Great food gave a 4 star because we had reservations and still had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. Other than that no complaints!

    Our visit to The Centro in Cleveland was nothing short of delightful! From the moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the warm and glowing atmosphere and the kindness of the hosting staff. The venue is beautifully designed, integrating the past of the Cleveland Trust and the stylish decor of the present. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met. They even gave us a personalized menu to acknowledge us celebrating our anniversary! The menu at The Centro is impressive and made with local ingredients. We enjoyed the crispy polenta cubes appetizer. We both ordered from the house specialty section of the menu. My husband ordered the braised short ribs and I ordered the chicken parmesan with homemade pasta. Every bite was a testament to the culinary skills of the team. The drink menu was equally impressive, showcasing a variety of inventive cocktails, wine, and beer. My husband ordered a spicy concoction that was on their drink special list and I had the Black Manhattan made with Basil Hayden dark rye whiskey. I wish we had saved room for dessert because the selection was delectable!
