   Aesthetically dim cafe, good to dine with friends or family but service can take a while. Servers are busy and a bit hard to get their attention. I would say the caves are too dim you can barely see anything. Food/dessert is slightly on the expensive side. Good to try at least once. Last time I was here I ordered Affogato, not on the menu (espresso + vanilla ice cream). This time they did not allow it. Oh well

   A must for the atmospheric experience. I had a great time at The Caves for my anniversary. The desserts are soooo good.

   From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly by the staff, who made us feel right at home. (Bonus for saying my name right on the reservation). The ambiance was inviting and cozy, setting the perfect tone for our meal. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, providing recommendations and ensuring our glasses were full. We ordered quesadillas and a bowl. The seasoning was spot on, and you could tell that fresh, high-quality ingredients were used. To top off our meal, we indulged in 2 desserts to share. It was the perfect sweet ending-it was rich and decadent but not too heavy. Overall, The Cave provided an exceptional dining experience with outstanding food and impeccable service. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal in a welcoming atmosphere.

   I've been here a few times and the food, drinks, and desserts are always delicious! The workers are friendly and fast. The atmosphere is so cool, unlike any other restaurant I've ever been to. A truly unique experience that I want to keep coming back to.

   Very romantic. Perfect ambiance. The lightning was low, the music was chill and allowed me my date to talk, and the service was excellent, they came to table just enough times for us to get what we needed and feel privacy without feeling secluded.

   I actually need help with the $20 deposit that I had to pay to secure my reservation via Open Table when I made the reservation on 4/4/25. I went well over the amount of $10 for each dinner for 2 people but the restaurant did not subtract the amount from my bill and will not answer emails to address this issue. I do not know how to go about getting the $$ subtracted from my bill. Please advise

   Hello Elizabeth, so very sorry to not respond sooner... wording on our website as follows All Reservation Deposits are refunded upon completion of service as long as minimum of $ 20 per person is spent... in fact we begin refunding deposits as soon as you arrive and check in, regardless of how much is spent... can you please double check if you haven't yet, was your $20 deposit possibly NOT refunded? our side says yes, so if not, suppose we'll need to contact OpenTable... again, very sorry to not respond sooner~ Thank You

    Our server was young and appeared pretty inexperienced. He wasn't rude - just not the best server. We got some drinks, which were just so-so. And the hummus plate, which was pretty good.
