   Husband got scouse and although he said it was nice it was also not hot enough I had pork belly which was more fat than meat not the best I've had

   Being gluten free it was nice to see a choice!!. The food was good, the staff friendly and the ambience was just right. Good choice made by my wife!!

   The service was awesome, and most of the food was lovely; some of the best meatballs I have tasted anywhere, including Italy. Fantastic! Unfortunately the smash burger was not a smash burger and the burger bun was soggy, it needed to be toasted to hold it together. Maybe this is down to personal preference, but for me brioche buns need toasting before serving otherwise it falls apart. I did not eat my main course for this reason. My partner got the sea bass and gave it a 10/10 and our starters were absolutely delicious. I really love this restaurant and I won't be put off from returning in the future. I just won't be ordering the smash burger again. Every member of staff that we encountered were kind, polite and helpful. 10/10 for service. Thank you.
