Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The food was so bad. It was so disappointing. We were there for our family Christmas Eve dinner. Both of my sons’ steaks were terrible. Their steaks went in the garbage. One was too rare and the other was overcooked and dry. We sent them back and they were even worse. It was very expensive and a very poor experience. We had planned it for a long time for our holiday. I rarely write reviews, but this was one of the order dining experiences I have ever had, especially at such a nice restaurant.

    We had a lovely experience with great food and excellent service. Our Pre-Christmas gathering with family was very enjoyable and a large part of that was due to Capital Grille. Thank You!

    We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and the staff took very good care of her. Tiffany made some great suggestions and food was excellent.

    Celebrated my birthday with my adult kids. Restaurant was aware it was my birthday and did a lot to make it special. Complimentary shareable dessert. All of the food was stellar and the timing of serving of each course was perfect. Wine list was excellent. It was maybe a bit noisy. The ambient music was pleasant.

    We went there for my girlfriend's birthday. They completely blew us away with their service. Included a dessert with happy birthday and chocolate, and gave us two glasses of champagne to celebrate. The food was cooked perfectly and the service was outstanding. I definitely recommend this for Date night or business.

    Always an awesome experience. The food is amazing. Michael was our server. He was appropriately attentive and gave great suggestions. Can’t wait for the next time we go there.
