Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Our experience at Capital Grille was perfect from the moment we walked into the door welcomed by the door person to the exquisite service and delicious foods! Our service person, Ashley, was a delight. She was very knowledgeable in assisting us with our meal choices as well as answering our questions about the facility itself. We will definitely return. The ambience was so quiet and beautiful, perfect for great conversations.

Loved our waiter, Juston. Very personal, knowledgeable young man. The steak is the best in OKC and the atmosphere is amazing. Highly recommend.

We went to celebrate my birthday. They made it very special. The table was decorated with a card. Service was excellent and food was superb. I was happy I celebrated my birthday at Capital Grille!
