Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Kitchen is slow…. took 35-40 min for steaks to show up, then forgot a side dish which then took another 20 min to show up

    Celebrated my 60th birthday with my wife. We had an amazing experience! Delicious steaks with amazing salads and a tasteful complimentary desert. The entire staff went out of their way to make me feel special for my birthday. This place is incredible and is more than going out to dinner, it’s an experience! Highly recommended!

    Our meals were fabulous as was the service. It was my husband’s birthday and they made him feel quite special. It is a very expensive experience, but worth the splurge for a special occasion.

    The only problem we had with the food is the salt level. We’ve been in on a walk-In basis and sat at the bar and all food was phenomenal! Food tonight was excellent but not the same. Everything was too salty! Will return but will be careful about what we order. SERVICE WAS ABOVE EXCELLENT!
