Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Overall, we really enjoyed our meal. My wife's steak was prepared perfectly, but mine was ordered medium rare and certainly closer to rare. So that was a little disappointing.

    Food was just okay. Our group had lamb chops (too fatty), New York strip (very good) and tenderloins with lobster (just okay). Also had the lobster crab cake (just okay), calamari (ok), and the wedge salad (really good). For sides the corn (just okay), au gratin potatoes (undercooked) and spinach (ok). Bill was $400 with drinks, which were just okay. We’ve gone here several times. This was probably the worst experience.

    Simply amazing. The sprouts were a perfect balance of savoury and sweet. The dry aged portini rubbed rub eye wa spectacular to say the least. 10/10 would recommend
