Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We went for Vday & being newlyweds. Loved loved everything!!🩷 food was outstanding & ambience beautiful . I did wish our server acknowledged we were newlywed but the hostess definitely greeted us & said congratulations

    We were seated at a table in the wind tunnel from the doors. We actually changed seats to the other side of the table and the waiter seemed annoyed. Made the comment that it was a good thing we both ordered the same steak. Honestly, if we had ordered different entries I don’t think it would have been that hard to figure out entrees for 2 people. A “manager” greeted us, acknowledged we moved to the other side of the table and merely said they might figure out what to do about the wind tunnel in the future. No apologies for situation though. Booked this reservation at least 6 weeks ago and should not have been put at that table. Celebrated my husband’s birthday and of course Valentine’s Day. I was never given a rose despite every other female in the restaurant receiving 2 roses. There are plenty of great steakhouses in the area - Red, Hyde Park, etc. seems like we should have picked one of those for the night and probably will pick one of those in the future instead.

    Kayla was an amazing server! The whole experience was nothing but amazing! I had the Gorgonzola crusted filet and my husband had the Kona crusted bone in ribeye special. Both cuts just melted in our mouths! The brussel sprouts and lobster mac and cheese were so delicious. The drinks were definitely top notch and well worth the prices paid! We will definitely be going again! We appreciate the cleanliness, the friendly staff and the calming atmosphere 🥰
