   We celebrated Valentine’s Day on the 15th with our daughter and son in law. My daughter and I both had the delicious filet mignon with a wedge salad, that they graciously chopped for us. My husband ordered the scallops and lobster dish which he described as outstanding. My son in law ordered a NY strip that was cooked to perfection with a wonderful flavor. Our table shared the mashed potato’s, macaroni & cheese with lobster and the creamed corn. The sides were very good. The mashed potato’s were a little thinner than we prefer. We will return,

   Many times at Capital Grille; first time at the one in Ft Myers. Truly outstanding food and service. Great Valentines Day dinner. Cece was an excellent server. Food was cooked perfectly. Great flavors in the sauces. Always a special treat!

   Seems to be going down hill a bit from when it first opened. Service was good but not exceptional as before. For the price point, there should be exceptional service.

   We both started with the roasted beet and goat cheese salads which were spectacular . Followed by NY strip bone in with Gorgonzola crust and Cabernet reduction perfectly medium rare. And a beautiful dry aged 14 oz NY strip perfectly medium rare. I personally do not remember having a more tender steak! Wonderful service by John the entire evening.
