Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Attended the wine and wagyu event and was wonderfully surprised - everything was excellent and the service was perfect . The wine pairing was spot on and deliciously complementary of the food - 10/10 looking forward to the next event

    Fair experience at the capital Grille. The only thing that was not up to standard was the filet mignon. It was slightly overcooked and truly no seasoning was used on the piece of meat. Service was excellent. The appetizers were fantastic as were the sides

    We were at Capital Grille for a birthday celebration and from the time we entered the door until we left the staff made my husband feel very special and celebrated. Our waiter Nathan was excellent in every way and very personable!!

    Table of 4. Our two guest had never been to Capital before It was my husband and I first time at this location. The food was perfect. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Nevin and his assistant were wonderful. They knew the menu and gave great recommendations

    Excellent service all the way around. It was my wife’s birthday and they had the table nicely decorated with a birthday card and presented a great dessert without charge. All very nice.
