Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Disappointed again! Been going to The Capital Grille for the past 20 yrs for our treat before Christmas. For the last several years we have been disappointed in the quality of the food and the modifications we have had to make after the food was served. Last night my wife asked for medium for her steak. It came out rare. We sent it back and they just reheated it medium. My Sea Bass was luke warm when it arrived at the table If I sent it back, they would have reheated it and it would have been over cooked. This is the last time we will do our treat dinner before Christmas at Capital Grille

    our waiter Mike was great, the meals were fresh and delicious. I had the tenderloin and lobster tails which is amazing buon appetite.

    I had lunch with three of my good friends and everything at the Capital Grill was what I expected. The quality of the food and the service was excellent.

    Our waitress (forgot her name) was phenomenal, service the best, food unreal, thank you for such a wonderful evening. All the special touches meant so much as we celebrated our daughter’s college acceptance & having all our children home together ❤️ we will be back, thank u!

    We enjoyed the birthday lunch today. Courtney, our server was excellent. She made us feel welcome and relaxed. The food was delicious. A perfect place to celebrate a birthday. Thank you!
