Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Exceptional service and food. I usually dont write reviews because I get lazy but I had to leave a comment this time. I will be coming back 200%. I personally recommend this place for business casual outing.

    Had a great time at The Capital Grille. Steak was great but the sea-bass and the sides were got were good but not great. Service was above average and we had a great time for our Valentine’s Day dinner! Would come again to try other things on the menu.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My experience at The Capital Grille was absolutely exceptional! The salmon and steak were both cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and exactly as ordered. Our waiter, Kenneth, provided outstanding service, making sure we had everything we needed while creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. From start to finish, it was truly a great dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!

    Great food, exceptional staff, and a beautiful atmosphere. The bone in filet was prepared perfectly, and so tender it cut with a fork. We definitely will return.
